These terms apply to your use of znth.fyi (the “site”), operated by ZNTH (“we”, “us”). By using the site, you agree to them.

Our services

The site describes the services we offer, including social media management, websites, content, product visuals, advertising, email marketing, and automation. Any paid work is covered by a separate written proposal or agreement, which sets out the scope, price, timeline, and terms for that project. If that agreement conflicts with these terms, the agreement wins.

Information on the site

We try to keep everything on the site accurate and current, but it’s provided for general information only. Charts and figures marked “illustrative” are examples to explain how we work. They are not promises of specific results for your business.

Intellectual property

The site’s design, text, graphics, and code belong to ZNTH unless stated otherwise. You may view and share links to it, but you may not copy or reuse its content for commercial purposes without our written permission. Ownership of work we create for clients is set out in each client agreement.

Third-party names and tools

We mention third-party tools we work with, such as n8n and Claude. Those names are trademarks of their respective owners. ZNTH is independent and is not affiliated with or endorsed by them.

Acceptable use

Please don’t try to disrupt the site, access it in unauthorised ways, or use it for anything unlawful.

No warranty

The site is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind, to the extent allowed by law.

Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, ZNTH is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they last changed.
