This policy explains what information ZNTH (“we”, “us”) collects when you visit znth.fyi or get in touch with us, and what we do with it. The short version: we collect very little, we don’t sell anything, and we don’t track you around the web.
What we collect
- Things you send us. If you email us at hello@znth.fyi, we receive your name, email address, and whatever you choose to include in your message.
- Basic server logs. Like almost every website, our hosting provider automatically records technical data when a page is requested, such as IP address, browser type, and the time of the request. These logs are used for security and to keep the site running.
We do not use analytics, advertising pixels, or tracking cookies on this site, and we don’t set any cookies at all.
How we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and, if we work together, to deliver and invoice our services.
- To keep the website secure and working.
We never sell or rent your personal information, and we don’t add you to marketing lists unless you ask us to.
Who else processes it
We rely on a small number of service providers to run the site and our email. They only process data on our behalf:
- Vercel — website hosting and server logs.
- Google (Gmail) — email.
- unpkg — a public content delivery network that serves the icon set used on the site. Your browser requests those files directly, so the provider receives your IP address.
Some of these providers may process data outside your country. Where that happens, they rely on the safeguards required by applicable data protection law.
How long we keep it
We keep email correspondence for as long as needed to handle your enquiry or our working relationship, and for any period required for tax or accounting purposes. Server logs are kept by our hosting provider for a limited period and then deleted automatically.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export the personal information we hold about you, or to object to how we use it. To make a request, email hello@znth.fyi and we’ll respond within 30 days. You also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.
Children
This site and our services are for businesses. We don’t knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
Changes
If we change this policy, we’ll update the date at the top of this page.
